This document constitutes the complete legal agreement between you and betprk governing your use of the betprk platform, including all sports betting, casino, slot, fishing arcade, and wallet services available at betprk.one. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.
These highlights do not replace the full Terms below — they are a plain-language summary of the most important points. All betprk players must read and accept the complete Terms before using any platform service.
betprk is strictly an adult gaming platform. Registration, account use, and wagering are permitted only for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Age is verified via CNIC submission during KYC. Accounts of underage users will be suspended and funds may be forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one betprk account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts sharing a device, IP address, or payment method within the same household — may be suspended. Balances across duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture under betprk's fraud prevention policy.
All betprk promotional bonuses, free bets, and casino credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility applies. Standard wagering requirement is 20–30× the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until requirements are met.
betprk provides security tools including 2FA and session management. Responsibility for maintaining account credential confidentiality rests with the account holder. betprk is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the account holder failed to use available security features or shared credentials.
All deposits to your betprk Wallet must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank accounts not belonging to the registered betprk account holder are strictly prohibited and will trigger account review and potential suspension.
betprk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, match-fixing collusion, money laundering, or any other form of platform manipulation is detected. Such accounts may have balances withheld pending investigation.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Defined terms are used consistently throughout this document and all betprk promotional materials and supplementary policy documents.

By accessing the betprk Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and betprk and are effective from the date of your Account registration.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the betprk Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting betprk support at [email protected].
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory standards. betprk operates under international gaming regulatory oversight. betprk makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or lawful in any jurisdiction beyond that of its regulatory framework.
betprk may translate or provide these Terms in Urdu or other languages for informational purposes only. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English-language original, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
The betprk Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Registration by, or on behalf of, any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. betprk verifies age through CNIC-based KYC verification. Any Account found to have been registered by or for a minor will be immediately suspended, all associated balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active betprk Account. betprk actively monitors for duplicate registrations through device fingerprinting, IP analysis, payment method cross-referencing, and CNIC matching. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, betprk reserves the right to suspend all associated Accounts, void all pending Wagers, and forfeit all balances in the duplicate Account.
betprk may require KYC verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing the first withdrawal, or in response to account activity that triggers betprk's risk management protocols. Players must complete KYC by submitting a clear photographic copy of their CNIC (both sides) and a contemporaneous selfie photograph. betprk reserves the right to request additional documentation where initial verification is inconclusive.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betprk Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. betprk strongly recommends enabling SMS-based 2FA on your Account through the Account Security settings.
betprk shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorised transactions that occur as a result of your failure to maintain appropriate Account security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify betprk support immediately at [email protected] or through Live Chat.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and any subsequent KYC process is accurate, complete, and truthful. betprk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where false or misleading information has been provided, without obligation to refund any deposited funds pending investigation.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting betprk support. Prior to closure, all pending Wagers will be settled according to applicable rules, and any remaining real-money Wallet balance (net of applicable Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's designated withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.
betprk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, evidence of fraud or money laundering, chargebacks, underage gambling, bonus abuse, platform manipulation, or regulatory requirement. betprk will endeavour to provide written notification of Account closure and the reason where legally permissible.
betprk supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Raast Instant Payment, SadaPay, 1LINK Interbank, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency). betprk may add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the legal name of the betprk Account holder. Deposits from accounts held in any other name — including family members, friends, or business accounts — are strictly prohibited. betprk will reject or reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account, and the associated betprk Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa carry a minimum of PKR 100; bank transfer methods carry a minimum of PKR 500; USDT TRC20 carries a minimum equivalent of approximately USD 5. Maximum single-transaction limits and daily cumulative limits are set per payment method and may vary based on Account tier and KYC status. Players should consult the betprk Wallet section for current applicable limits.
Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 30–60 minutes subject to network conditions. betprk reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. All withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
betprk maintains active transaction monitoring. Any deposit or withdrawal pattern that triggers betprk's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols will result in the temporary suspension of the relevant transaction and may require the account holder to provide documentation explaining the source of funds. betprk is obligated to report certain suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities as required under applicable international AML standards.
All Wagers placed on the betprk Platform are subject to these General Terms and any specific sport, game, or market rules published in the betprk help centre. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you understand the applicable rules for that betting market or gaming product.
A Wager is only confirmed once betprk's system has issued a confirmation reference number and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your Wallet balance. Wagers that do not receive a confirmation reference are not valid, regardless of any system display that may have appeared during the process.
Odds for sports betting markets are subject to change until the moment of Wager confirmation. In the event of a material error in published odds — including typographical errors, data feed errors, or odds substantially inconsistent with the market — betprk reserves the right to void affected Wagers and refund the corresponding stake amounts to Players' Wallets. betprk will endeavour to notify affected Players.
Where a sporting event — including PSL cricket matches, international cricket fixtures, or other events — is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the conclusion of a period sufficient to determine a result under betprk's applicable sport rules, all related Wagers that cannot be settled on available results will be voided and stakes refunded. Specific rules for each sport are published in the betprk betting rules centre.
All casino table game and slot game outcomes on betprk are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. betprk's RNG certification is maintained by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game results are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of perceived unfairness unless a verifiable technical malfunction of betprk's systems can be demonstrated.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and reload promotions offered by betprk are subject to these General Terms and the specific terms of the individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between these General Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a betprk Wallet carry a wagering requirement of 20× the bonus amount. This means a Player receiving a PKR 2,000 bonus must wager a total of PKR 40,000 before any portion of that bonus, or winnings derived from it, may be withdrawn. Welcome bonus wagering requirements are specified in the welcome offer terms presented at registration.
Bonus Funds that have not been fully wagered within the period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's Wallet without replacement or compensation. Standard bonus expiry period is 30 days from the date of credit unless specified otherwise.
betprk actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly; placing low-risk or hedged Wagers designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; withdrawing funds immediately after meeting minimum wagering requirements across multiple promotions. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus eligibility permanently revoked and, in serious cases, may have their Account suspended.
betprk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotional offer prior to its termination will have their existing entitlement honoured in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of claiming, unless evidence of abuse applies.
betprk is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire Pakistani player base. Gaming and sports betting on the betprk Platform are intended as entertainment activities and must not be used as a source of income or financial recovery strategy.

betprk's casino and gaming interface displays session duration information to all logged-in Players. Players are encouraged to take regular breaks and to review their transaction history periodically to maintain an accurate picture of their betting activity and expenditure.
While betprk provides tools and resources for responsible gambling, ultimate responsibility for gambling within personal financial means rests with each individual Player. betprk encourages Players experiencing difficulties to seek support proactively rather than waiting for intervention.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betprk Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the betprk Platform — including but not limited to software code, game mechanics, user interfaces, graphics, imagery, brand assets, logo, domain, text content, and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of betprk or is licensed to betprk by its respective owners. No content from the betprk Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, reverse-engineered, or used to create derivative works without the prior written authorisation of betprk.
The betprk name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of betprk's trademarks — including in any form of advertising, competing product, or online content — is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, betprk's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their betprk Wallet during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
betprk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, damage to reputation, or any other economic loss, even if betprk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
betprk shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its services arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet or network outages, telecommunications infrastructure failures, natural disasters, government action, or payment processor downtime.
betprk's collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data from Pakistani Players is governed by betprk's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and accepted betprk's Privacy Policy.
betprk collects and processes personal data — including name, CNIC details, Pakistani mobile number, device identifiers, and transaction data — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. betprk does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
betprk retains account and transaction data for a minimum period of five years following Account closure, as required under applicable AML and regulatory standards, or longer where required by law or ongoing regulatory proceedings.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the betprk Platform — including disputes regarding Wager settlement, bonus eligibility, Account restrictions, or payment processing — you must first contact betprk's customer support team at [email protected] and allow betprk a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. betprk's support team will respond to formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through informal support channels within 14 days, Players may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint via email to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint – [Account Username]". betprk will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and issue a final written determination within 28 days of acknowledgement.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which betprk is registered under its international gaming regulatory framework. Players acknowledge that by accepting these Terms, they submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable regulatory authority in respect of gaming-related disputes.
betprk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — including changes to bonus rules, withdrawal limits, or Player obligations — betprk will provide notice of the changes via email to registered Players and through a prominent notification within the Platform.
Amendments take effect on the date specified in the notice, which shall be no less than 7 calendar days from the date of notification for material changes. For non-material corrections such as typographic fixes or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any Player obligation or right, amendments may take effect immediately.
Continued use of the betprk Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must close their Account before the effective date.
